3-Week Summer Intensive 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training or 2-Month Fall Weekends Program 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

*Taking a yoga teacher training program is rewarding for all curious yoga students and not just for those who want to be certified to teach. This course is a journey of self-discovery because after all- that is what YOGA is. Yogaloha Academy is a registered Yoga Alliance school and graduated students will have the option to join Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher.

3-Week Summer Intensive 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Opportunity for a 3-week summer immersion

Kick off your summer by beginning your yoga learning journey for 3 weeks in June and concluding with a July 4th holiday weekend in Hawaii. This teacher training in paradise will prepare you to integrate teaching yoga into your life. This is a rigorous, intensive training which has long days where you will be completely immersed in your yoga training. This type of learning works best for those who like to jump in and get the work done.

  • 7:00am–10:15am: Pranayama & Meditation/Asana Practice
  • 10:30am–11:30am: Anatomy Lecture
  • 11:30am–1:00pm: Lunch Break
  • 1:00pm–2:00pm: Posture Breakdown & Adjustments
  • 2:00pm–3:30pm: Yoga Philosophy
  • 3:30pm–5:15pm: Posture Breakdown & Adjustments/Practice Teaching
  • 5:30pm–6:45pm: Asana Practice

2-Month Weekend Course 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Opportunity for a 2-month weekends program

This yoga teacher training is our same comprehensive training running over the course of 10 weekends in the fall. The program spans about 2 full months. This type of learning works best for those who want time for the material to sink in between lessons as well as for students who work during the day Monday through Friday and cannot take three weeks off for an intensive style program. Students are expected to work on assignments during the week in between sessions as well as attend an additional two Yogaloha studio classes per week.*

  • Sundays, 8–11am Training Hours (Lunch Break 11–12:30pm), 12:30–5pm Training Hours, 5–6:15pm Asana Class and 6:30–8pm Training Hours

Oct 1–Dec 3, 2017: Please keep all Friday evenings and weekends available during these dates for training (except 10/7, 10/8, 10/29 and 11/24).

You are also required to attend two studio classes per week from any on the Yogaloha schedule (outside of any classes attended during training contact hours Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) for a total of 20 classes during the training.
